Depending on the service used to return your item(s), it can take between 10-20 business days to be delivered and processed by our returns team. We do apologize in advance for that.

- Return must be requested within 1 day of delivered
- Refund are only applicable if the products are defective
- Original freight fees are not refundable
- Item must be in as-new condition with original packaging and labels
- Exchanges and refunds are only available online
- Replacements for incorrect or faulty products are sent at our expense
- Returns and refunds for any other reason are returned to us at your expense
- Item Exchanges are sent in both directions at your expense
